Complete digital modernisation for PopSped Logistics
We are pleased to announce the successful completion and launch of a comprehensive digital project for PopSped Logistics, a Serbian freight forwarding and logistics company. The new website is live at popsped.com.
Prior to this project, PopSped Logistics did not have an online presence, managing their corporate communications through personal email accounts and utilizing an outdated, low-resolution logo. The primary objective of this project was complete modernisation, building a strong professional reputation online, and clearly highlighting the company’s core B2B services.
Over a two-month period, AFL Development managed the entire lifecycle of the project. Our team handled every stage of the process, including initial discovery, content writing, web design, custom coding, hosting setup, domain configuration, email infrastructure management, and search engine optimisation.
Strategic branding and content development
The project began with a discovery phase to define the PopSped’s positioning and structure their service catalog. We replaced the legacy logo with a clean, professional visual identity suitable for a modern logistics company.
Because this was the client’s first website, it as up to us to write all web copy from scratch. The content was structured to clearly highlight PopSped’s specialised services, which include international and domestic transport organisation, customs brokerage, cargo storage, and waste management, as well as consultancy. This ensures that prospective commercial clients can immediately evaluate the company’s capabilities and compliance standards.
Technical engineering with the Faithful theme
To ensure optimal performance and security, we avoided generic templates and commercial page builders. Instead, the website was built on WordPress using Faithful, a custom theme developed in-house by AFL Development.
By building the theme with clean code tailored specifically to the project requirements (without excessive code or scripts), the website benefits from fast loading speeds and intuitive backend interface.
Infrastructure and launch
Apart from design and development, AFL Development transitioned the company’s communication infrastructure to a professional standard. We migrated their business operations away from personal email providers to a secure, domain-based corporate email system. We also configured the production hosting environment, managed the domain deployment, and implemented fundamental SEO best practices to ensure the new platform is visible to search engines from day one.
The final result positions PopSped Logistics as a modern, reputable player in the Serbian freight forwarding sector. We appreciate the trust PopSped team gave us and the beginning of our partnership.
